"The Soul Protectors" is a song about an extra-terrestrial organization that has determined that life on Earth is worth preserving, but the human race is far too irresponsible to be trusted, therefore they must be detained.

So far the progress of their will is gone
For so long we've tried to make the best of it
Prolonged Damage of their intellect
They're not far from self inflicted demise

You are the aggressors
We are your defenders
This is not conjecture

Now we are at our wits end
Battling with notions of the consequences of inaction
We arrive at the consensus
The atrocities of nature can be seen throughout the world
Complacency is to ignore
The insurmountable Contagion of the massive hole they've dug themselves
We come as the united force
A nonsubjective arbiter of necessary preservation

Lacking their autonomy
Creating the self fulfilling prophecy foretold

Now we must intervene
Pacifism is an option if they are cooperative
But we must be concise
They can battle with the overwhelming thought of non-existence
Much work is to be done
Rehabilitation is beyond the preview of acceptance
With pragmatism
We rest on the writs of time

The new lowering of hypocrisy

Take - responsibility - from their hands - no more - will they own - the - free will to express their thoughts - assimilate

This - the most humane approach - to relieve - conflict - emotions - reallocate - assimilate - come to - reason
